These terms

These terms cover the lupatechnology.com website and the apps published by Lupa Tech, LLC.

Apps downloaded from the App Store are also covered by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these terms. Where the two conflict for an App Store download, Apple’s agreement governs.

Using the apps

Lupa Tech apps are provided free of charge, for personal use. You may use them as you see fit. You may not redistribute, resell, or attempt to pass them off as your own.

Your data is yours

The records you create belong to you. They are stored on your device, not on our servers. You can export them at any time. We claim no ownership of anything you record.

What we do not promise

The apps are provided as they are, without warranty. We do not guarantee they will be free of errors, available without interruption, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Your records exist only on your device, and Lupa Tech holds no copy. If your device is lost, damaged, or reset, we cannot recover anything for you. Export a file and keep it somewhere safe if your records matter to you.

Not medical advice

Lupa Tech apps are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. They record what you tell them and show it back to you. Decisions about your health belong between you and a qualified professional.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lupa Tech, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the apps or this website, including loss of data.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it.
