There is no account to delete
Lupa Tech apps do not have accounts. There is no sign-up, no sign-in, and no profile stored on any server. We hold no record of you, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
Deleting your data
Your records live only on your device. To remove them:
- Delete everything but keep the app — open the app, go to Settings, and use the option to remove all records. This cannot be undone, so export a copy first if you may want it later.
- Delete the app — removing the app from your device removes its data with it.
If you have iCloud Backup enabled, a copy may remain in your device backup until that backup is replaced or deleted. That backup belongs to your Apple account; Apple’s instructions for managing backups apply.
Health data
The app only reads from Apple Health and never writes to it, so there is nothing of ours to remove from Health. You can revoke the app’s read access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
